Smaller bags at large bag prices
I like that the kibble is broken down into four 16oz bags. The kibble stays fresh longer and I still get it with larger bag pricing. Both the kitten and my 4 year old cat really like the flavor and the kibble is small and easy for both of them to eat.

Cats love this food
Ever since this product was first available, about 20 years ago, I've had six cats (three now), and every single one of them loved this dry food. I've given them all various brands, but this is undoubtedly the favorite. I was beginning to wonder about a "secret ingredient" that had an attraction for cats, but after carefully studying the listed ingredients, apparently there isn't one. Cats just love this, and fortunately Purina hasn't altered the ingredients over the years. Highly recommended.

Recommended hack for single-cat households
Definitely not as cost-effective as buying the big bag. However, using the small one-pound bags means that my cat's dry food doesn't go stale before I finish a bag (which saves money and waste in the long term, since she turns her nose up at stale food and I'd end up having to throw out most of the big bag anyway!).
