Excellent...
I bought this to help guide me for a project I am working on. It is an easy read but it is clinical. I don't suggest this for average lay person with no real background in psychology. Highly recommend for therapists and psychiatrists. Especially those working with abused or neglected children.

Quite good
This book approaches both clinical and self-help audiences. I am interested in Hope for a research project, and this is why I read it. It is focused a lot of children's issues and how Hope applies to children.
