I was sceptical at first. After reading the ingredients I was surprised at how many herbs are used to create this mixture, and how each one benefits your body. I took a chance. I was concerned over some negative reviews about the taste but it’s surprisingly mild and easily tolerable (speaking as someone who is a very picky eater and sensory sensitive!). It’s thick and a bit sticky so it can be a little annoying to pour out and clean up, but the effect it has is worth it. I teach special education and lose my voice frequently, especially during cold and flu season and this was a game changer!
