Great Fence, Heavy Duty, but I would like a few things changed
The fence is beefy, and so are the rails. The product came with some minor nicks in the powder coating (due to shipping), most of which are completely out of sight. The installation is straight forward and will take up to two hours to unpack, clean off grease(mineral spirits), and install. I did have one issue with the flexible ruler that adheres to the tube being damaged during shipping because of a packing bolt that sheared off and caused the powder coating scrapes and did a number the the first few inches of the ruler. I called ShopFox up and told them what happened and the tech guy was quite accusatory to me saying that how I described the shipping is not how they shipped the packages, and that it must have been used, and not new. When I got a little louder and told him that he does not know what he is talking about, and it was new, and that he must not be aware of a packaging change his company made...he settled down and shipped me a replacement ruler. I must admit that I was a little upset at the tone that call took, and although it was resolved in the end...it was a little unnecessary. I know they have to cover there losses from people making false claims and a little grilling is excpected, but he was way off balance the first few minutes of the conversation before I stepped in and let them him know that I am not having this.On to the install:I did it myself but having another person around would make it much easier when attaching the main tube. This is by far the hardest part and probably the most annoying part about the install because it requires you to shim (if necessary) the tube above the steel rail with small washer that want to slip around. This is also a trial and error step that could result in a lot of time wasted, which was my case, because I found out that I did not need any shims only after I put it all together with some. Even without the shims bolting the tube in place is at best extremely cumbersome.Out side of that my only other complaint is the magnified viewer lens that hovers above the tape measure. This to me sucks, and I will look for something else to use to verify my cut measurements. I believe there is another commercial fence system manufacturer out there use a non magnified one and I will look into getting this part from them. More than likely though I will just make my own using a piece of plexi laying around and cutting a mark line on it followed by a red pen to enhance it. It is not a deal breaker and those of you with older eyes might actually like it, butit gives me tunnel vision and makes me second guess my mark. The legs on the setup bolt into place with the supplied hardware and are quite sturdy once adjusted. They do have some deflection towards the the front and back of the saw respectively. However, this could be cured by bolting on a wooden brace between them. Its really a non issue unless you kick these legs a lot by mistake.Lastly, if you are going to drop an extension table into the rails...you might be in for a surprise when you figure out the best way is to take the main tube back off so that you can bolt the table into place. I found away around this by using a long flexible extension and just screwed the table in using a high quality screw and some heavy duty washers to expand beyond the hole opening.None of these issues are a deal breaker because they can all be remedied quite easily. Once all together the fence is extremely beefy, glides great, and I have no doubt that it will hold up. Considering the cost savings of this fence vs the other big players I would recommended it completely. It is the best value out there. I traded into the fence from an Incra, which was great, but had its quirks as well after I had some usage on it(see my review). I do miss the precision that the Incra offered, as this fence in no way can compare to it....however, this fence will work more readily with jigs, can be removed very quickly, and allowed me to put a router in the right side of the table saw extension. These benefits exceed all the pros the Incra offered. I will probably put the Wixey digital gauge on this fence to regain that accuracy I loved for years. So take it or leave it, I don't see any comparable advantage to a Beisemeyer fence, Jet fence or SawStop fence as I have seen them all. Out side of the setup issues once it is all wrapped up you are good to go. The only part about the whole thing that left a sour taste in my mouth was the customer service issue...over something so remedial. It was handled correctly in the end but I can only imagine if there was a larger problem. Hopefully it was an isolated incident and now that he has been informed it will not happend to someone else if the problem arises again.ShopFox makes very quality tools and I have purchased quite a few industrial Grizzly tools (parent company) over the years. Whenever I called up Grizzly they were more than willing to help...ShopFox better take a lesson.

Solid product
I received the fence and legs, still waiting on box 2 which has the rails. The fence looks very good, heavy and will be nice. Breaking apart the boxes seems to be a big mistake and causing confusion in the warehouse.

DO NOT ORDER THIS FROM AMAZON!! Their warehouse will not ship the rails!!
I just recived the Fence and leg portions only. The shipper shows 141 pounds and 1 piece. I got 1 piece which is only about 40#'s. The box I got was just the fence bar and the legs. No front or rear rails! Reason I am giving a bad review of the product is I believe Amazon is the one who messed up the order. And I chatted with their online help and I don't think they have a clue what the problem was. Just ship it back and they will resend another. The problem is I think they will just make the same mistake. Going to try the phone this time, but not sure thats going to do any good.UPDATE:After talking / chatting with a third person who directed me to a 4th person. Amazon is shipping out another fence. I called Woodstock International and they confirmed that the W2006 comes in 2 packages. The fence and legs in a box, and the 7' long steel rail and angles in another. Since the truck shipping paperwork said 1 pc. I am pretty sure that the Amazon warehouse did not ship both peices. What's amazing is the shipper says 141 pounds. And nobody noticed what they sent only weighed about 40 pounds. Unfortunately, Amazon has apparently no way of checking their warehouse and shipping just what I need / what was missing. They are shipping out a whole new item (complete this time I hope), and having me return what they did send. What a waste that is. They need better controls on their warehousing. Other than the wait in getting the new shipment, I give Amazon a D for customer service. It took 4 people to handle and UNDERSTAND my problem. The 4th person was in the hardlines department and finally realized what was going on with my order. And just to note the 2nd person I talked to with Amazon actually sent me a return shipper by email to return the item, AT MY COST!!! Talking about not understanding that it was Amazon's fault for not shipping a complete item. And yes I believe she was from an overseas call center.I hope this replacement shipment comes correctly this time. But I am not hedging my bets it will.UPDATE 2!!Well Amazon's warehouse did the exact same thing on the replacement delivery as they did on the first. They shipped the large cardboard box, but did not ship the 7' rails! This is after a person in hardlines said they would note the order to make sure the rails are included. It amazes me that an item should weigh 141 pounds complete. And yet for the second time they allowed a shipment to go out that was about 100 pounds light. Again the Shop Fox box does not say 1 of 2 or 2 of 2 for packaging. So, I do partially blame them. But the fact is Amazon apparently has little control over their warehouses. And when a known error occurs, they obviously have no working system in place to prevent the same from happening again. Luckily I asked the trucking company to verify the shipment before scheduling delivery. At least I don't have to waste a 2nd day home, just to get a short order. Amazon has said they will stop shipment of the current replacemnt and send a truck for the incomplete set I currently have. Which is in itself absurd as it can go by UPS easy. But because it shows as heavy weight on their computer, it has to go back truck. Even though UPS would take it (since its not as heavy as it should be). This is the only item I have had difficulty ordering from Amazon. And it amazes me they could not do it right the 2nd chance. They might be a little too big for their own good, if they can't control their warehouses / shipping departments.

Great product - easy install
Item arrived quickly. It was very heavy - this is a very solid item. I had heard about people having to drill to fit but I got lucky - all holes lined up on my old Delta table saw; just bolt up and go. Reading the comments, some people complained about missing items - mine arrived with all parts; clean and ready to go.I've owned this for a couple months now and it's just as solid and true as when I installed it. It's powder coated so it's standing up will to all my abuse (since getting it I've discovered new vigor in the workshop).Plus this fence is amazing! Alignment was easy and my cuts are remarkable. I can't say enough about how happy I am about this purchase; inexpensive, well made, and beautiful.

works grate but install took some time
I have a Sawstop Industral table saw to make the rails work I had to precision drill new holes in the rails and provide bolts that matched the saw table. It took me around 3 Hrs but I am happy with the results .

Missing most of the parts for the item.
I am missing most of the parts for that item. All I received was 3 angle bars but no legs, fence and more. So far nobody at Amazon.ca contacted me. Hope to get my request answered.
