My new favorite knife
This knife is a beauty at almost any price. It is sharp, easy in the hand, and totally gorgeous with its wooden handle.I'm not knife or culinary expert, but this knife gives me great pleasure. Of course, I've only had it a few days, but I love it so far.

Not a professional knife so I guess the flaws can be bypassed
I find the blade to get dull quickly and didn’t come sharp enough. Not a professional chef but I’ve been using knives cutting in the kitchen since I was 8 so I know my way around one. The handle I feel lacks a grip to it so when I cut my hand kept sliding towards the body of the knife.

Wonderful product at great price.
Very sharp and well-balanced. Excellent for chopping greens or onions, or for slicing tomatoes. Carves meat beautifully. I have bought several for gifts.
