Shipping was fast and well packaged,as expected from Amazon.Good service from this shop.2. No instructions were included but there are plenty of videos on YouTube documenting the process.3. It came with a screen protector, can save 2 dollars to buy it. Fantastic kit,far exceeded my expectations.4. Some people say that these replacement screens aren't as bright or colorful,personally I have noticed no difference in the screen quality.Great product! I watched the video first all the way through and then went step by step.There were actually some tools it came with that I never used.you'll save a nice chunk of change paying someone else to fix or buying a new phone.Overall,very happy with the purchase.

The screen was exactly as advertised
The product quality is excellent and kit contained everything needed to do the job.This was a very helpful purchase that allowed us to save a ton of money on fixing a broken screen.They included magnetic pad as well as decent tools to use (although I have my own).Although have no directions,but I learn from the YouTube video,very easy to install it.i use repair phone more than one month, no problem now.Perfect product!! I love it!!!
