Galaxy S5 Case, Spigen [+Screen Shield] Samsung Galaxy S5 Case Slim [Ultra Fit] [Metal Slate] Full HD Japanese Screen Protecto

I purchased this case for my Samsung Galaxy S5 because I was looking for a case that would protect my phone but not be cumbersome.The box includes the case and one screen protector for the phone. I did not use the screen protector because it was of average quality and I wanted to keep the clear view of my phone screen. The case fits the phone very well and is a nice snug fit. I have owned the case for a few months now and have even dropped the phone a few times and the case did a nice job of protecting my phone.Pros:-nice low profile-not bulky-easy to snap phone into case-durable and protects phone well from falls-Clean look and can barely tell the phone is covered by a caseCons:-Case is smooth/slick and tends to slip out of my hands-Buttons on side of phone can be difficult to press due to cut outs (does not have case buttons to go over phone buttons)-Phone can become dislodged from case if falls to hardOverall I do like how the case protects my phone, but I only gave it 4 stars because the case is smooth enough that the phone tends to slip out of my hands at times.If you are looking for a cover that will do a decent job of protecting your phone and is not overly bulky I would recommend purchasing this case. However, I am contemplating replacing this case with one that is not so slick and that comes with button covers so that it is easier to press the side buttons.

UPDATE AFTER 6 MONTHS OF USE:Somehow the squeak mentioned below went away. I'm not sure why or how, but it is gone and is still protecting my phone. I'm happy with the purchase and would buy it again if needed.UPDATE AFTER 2 MONTHS OF USE:I will say that I love the size of this case. It's just enough to protect it from small bumps and bruises, I doubt it would help too much with a big drop. It was quite snug and not possible to slip off accidentally. The color has stayed just as it was, no fading anywhere at all.The issue I have is that the case has started to squeak now. It is doing this when I hold the phone anywhere near the top (camera area). It is extremely noticeable and annoying when I am holding the phone in landscape playing a game, every time I adjust my left hand or have to press the screen, it squeaks. It's actually annoyed me enough today that I just took it off for now.I was really really hoping to love this case for a long time. It started out great, but it didn't last nearly long enough. On to find another slim case that will hopefully not squeak.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I will start out by saying I have never left a case on any of my phones. When I first get a new phone I always buy at least one case (usually a few) to try out and ultimately never leave one on. I don't like the extra bulk and would rather take my chances.It changed with the S5 partially due to the expense of having to replace a phone if I dropped it bad enough. Partially due to the size of the phone. Ironically by the phone being larger then my previous one, I decided to add a case (adding to more bulk). My reasoning is that since it is larger, there is more of a chance of it slipping out of my hands.SELECTION:I went to the Verizon store to check out their cases, but they were quite limited and I was not impressed with any there. I went to Best Buy, however all of their cases were locked down so I couldn't actually get any out without constantly bothering an employee there. Naturally I went online and started looking at reviews. I had it narrowed down to either an Incipio, Spigen, or Diztronic. I still might end up buying another one or two just to see the differences but the price and "slimness" led me to buy this one first.FEEL:When I first received the case, I was hoping for a feel exactly like the phone backing, however it is smoother and has less grip. This is good for sliding it in and out of my pocket, but it is bad when trying to hold on to it. I don't think it will be an issue but just not exactly what I was expecting. I see some reviews saying they feel it has more grip and I just don't see how that is true.FIT:What I like about it though is that it fits great and is super slim. It "snaps" on the phone fairly easily and stays on snug. I don't see it ever coming off by accident. And as you can see in the product pictures, it is raised slightly over the glass and just slightly over the camera lens so when you lay your phone down, it will be resting on the case instead of on the glass/lens which I appreciate.The cutouts are good in my opinion leaving enough room for your fingers and I like that the headphone jack cutout is slightly bigger than some other cases. I also find that the case surrounding the screen is not obtrusive at all in daily use.DURABILITY:I have never dropped my phone so I can't attest to how it will do if/when I do drop it. I will certainly come back and update the review if/when that does happen though. I know that I did not buy a large, padded case so I don't expect the same protection. I just wanted something slim and a little protection which is exactly what I received. I will also come back and update how it does as far as color retention since I saw one review saying that the color on theirs is starting to fade.So in summary, the PROS:Price - $10!!!Slim & lightweightPrecise cutoutsProtects the camera when the phone is set downCON:Too smooth in my opinionIf you are worried about dropping your phone constantly then I would probably look at something more substantial. If you think you might drop it once or twice from waist high, then I believe this case is perfect.

Bought this case because of its good reviews,I have never disagreed with the reviws most give to a produt but this time is one of the exceptions. I will start with the pros first. It does give a nice snug slim fit to the S5 that you are able to acess every button and picture port in there proper allignment. it also seems to add a slight protection to your phone. Cons that protection seems to be lacking as far an impact of any signifgants. It has no cushion abilityas far as I can tell. A little extra material that will give a little on impact would help. I bought a cover for my wifes phone that she just loves. It is in the E-LV case line which ofers many different styles/colors instead of just hard black and the pricing is close to the same. The E-LV line also gives a stylus along withe the screen protector. That being said the LV is slightly more bulky but worth the added protection. After all thes phones are not cheap. Other wise this case is perfect for those who want to keep there phones as slim as posible and still want to add a little extra protection.I will keep the one for backup but wil order the E lV for beter protecion and style.

La cover è bella rigida e di alta qualità, si vede appena tirata fuori dalla confezione. Ben realizzata e curata nei dettagli, bella da vedere, facile da applicare e relativamente difficile da rimuovere (per me quasi un pregio, visto che deve rimanere ben calzata in ogni situazione).E' una adeguata protezione per lo smartphone, il lato inferiore semiaperto permette un facile accesso allo sportellino di ricarica, i tasti laterali sono molto più facili da individuare al solo tatto (gran comodità!), e l'apertura posteriore per la fotocamera ha quel minimo di spessore per proteggere il vetrino da graffi e usura quando lo si poggia sul tavolo, forse troppo minimo (meno di 1mm) ma giusto.Insomma questa cover è sottile il giusto e molto leggera, bel design che non stravolge quello dell'S5.Unico appunto alla pellicola in bundle: di media qualità e non viene fornita di linguetta che facilita l'applicazione, ma poco male perchè è molto spessa e si applica davvero in un attimo, senza neanche una microbolla d'aria residua. Ed è anche bella lucida, non trattiene la luce, riempie tutto il frontale praticamente fino ai bordi, come se non ci fosse. Insomma, un po' spessa ma niente male davvero!

Ich schreibe eigentlich keine Bewertungen, aber da ich selbst so lange nach einer gescheiten Hülle gesucht habe, nehme ich mir mal die Zeit.Was für mich an einer Hülle für das S5 wichtig ist:- darf das handy nicht zu groß machen- Rundum Schutz (wenn das Handy aufs display oder die ober und unterseite fällt)- da die Kamera herraus steht, auch dort "ablege" schutz damit das glas nicht verkratzt.- das S5 geht sehr leicht in die hülle rein und ist stabil drin.Und das ist echt alles in dieser Hülle gegeben. Diese Hülle ist einfach nur geil und lohnt sich zu kaufen.bei so gut wie allen "slim fit" hüllen ist das plastik sehr sehr dünn (wer soeine in der hand hatte weiß was ich meine). Und ich bezweifle, dass bei einem Sturz diese dünnen Hüllen wirklich gut abfedern. Doch diese hier von Spigen ist Dick genug und trotzdem Dünn,Eine wirkliche Kaufempfehlung

Great case. It's slim, so it feels like you don't have a case on for the most part. Doesn't add bulk to my S5 phone.I haven't dropped it from high surface yet, but small drops proved that the case does what it needs to. Feels well protected. The case itself was designed so that it shelters the camera lens and the side buttons, which is a benefit.It is Spigen authenticate.Only con to this case is that it has no grip. It's very slippery when holding so you need to be careful. This didn't bother me though as I am careful with my phone anyway.

La coque est geniale, solide, protege bien mon telephone, et surtout et j'insiste , que sur le Galaxy S5 , le telephone a plat repose sur le bas du tel et sur le bas de la caméra .Cette coqe protege la camera avec des contours, du coup ce n'est plus e capteur qui est en contact avec la surface.Legere et slimJe recommande

Nice fit, looks good, and shows no sign of wear after about 5 months of use. I've dropped my phone with the case on a few times, with no visible damage. It is a high quality case, and doesn't look too prominent on the phone.Only slight issue is that it is a bit slippery.
