Would have given zero. My daughter has blond hair and followed directions exactly and it barely showed and she complained it hurt since you had to go over the same spot several times to make the color show even very lightly. Update: great customer service. They sent me the pens to try and they work amazing. Color is nice and bright and easy to apply. The girls loved being able to add color. Went up to four stars for customer service and good pens.

This product is great for blond hair and usually last 2-3 washes. Lots of colors to choose from. Wear gloves while applying to hair. Does have a rub off onto clothes and skin after first applying it.

We tried wet and dry hair, hardly any color transfers to the hair. We had one disappointed little girl. Save your money and find something that works.The seller contacted us and gave a full refund since the product does not work.

Ordered and got empty package the 1st time. Got it and it works nothing like the pictures show.

In order to color a little section of hair, you have to comb the section six to eight times. It takes too much effort for the color to show.
