I bought these so my three grandsons can use them over and over when they draw, color and practice writing (two of them are just starting to learn how to write letters and numbers). Before I turn them loose on them, I tested them with dry erase markers - first to make sure they write well on the pockets (see photo 1) and second to make sure they erase well with the eraser that came with the markers (see photo 2). I had to dust them off after erasing, but they did erase fully. Then I did the same thing with liquid chalk markers. They wrote beautifully (see photo 3) and erased semi well with the same eraser as the dry erase markers (see photo 4). Next I used a soft damp cloth and erased every last mark off of the pocket easily (see photo 5). From now on that's what I'll use. All three of my grandsons are going to love these, and I do too. I also love all the different colors they come.

I really like these dry erase sleeves. I’ve had them a few months and I have no issues with them. They’re made well and have a metal grommet that you can hang them from or attach tags etc to them.I find that using an actual dry eraser works good with them but used dryer sheets work the best. I put the used dryer sheet on the eraser :0)These sleeves helped me to cut down on the amount of paper I was using in my printer and overall in general. They’re bigger than an actual piece of A4 paper so you have more than enough room to write whatever you need.

My son is in his kinder-garden and we are coaching him on alphabets and numbers. we used paper and pencil for quite some time and he seems to have difficulty with the pencil. we thought washable markers are easy for him to hold until he gets a balance. These dry erase pockets are very handy for his practice. we put 3 line sheets in a cover and make him write the alphabets or numbers. Maintenance becomes easy with these covers when compared to paper. I am planning to use some of the sheets for my office use as well. we are also using some of the covers to wall hang my son's craft works at school. Overall i am very Happy with the purchase and i would really recommend this to anyone.

I can see a commercial application for them, in manufacturing or shipping. They would be used for job tickets, picking tickets, work orders, etc.The paper ticket would be placed inside the pocket. Then, the ticket would follow the order from one station to another, as each worker viewed the ticket and completed their portion of the order, they would check off the appropriate section on the ticket, but on the dry erase pocket, NOT the ticket itself. This would allow for approvals, changes, corrections, inspections,etc. until the job/order was completed, without having markings all over the tickets. Then, when the job/order was finished, the ticket would be removed from the pocket. The final inspection/approval would be given,and the job completed.
