This "Ice pack" is great for multiple uses. The reason why I put "ice pack" is that it is also a heating pad! I accidentally overstretched my back the other day and looked for hot and cold packs with Prime delivery. This one caught my attention and I decided to purchase it. Came in 2 business days with instructions on the package of how to use it. I decided to pop it in the microwave for a heating pad to apply to my back and neck. It heated up to a comfortable temperature and was able to stay in place when applied due to the velcro straps.I also sit in front of my computer for long periods of time and it's been getting colder. I just pop this product into the microwave and use it as a temporary heater. Hehe The ice pack helped when I came down with the flu and got a fever and needed to cool down.The heating pad also helps with menstrual cramps, not just sore muscles. The ice pack could also be used to keep food cold if needed. Like I said, multiple uses! I would definitely recommend this product!Hope this review has been helpful.

I am very happy that I have this LOOTUS ice pack. There is two pack of different sizes with a good quality bag. The seller is nice and told me how to use the ice pack. by the way, I recently bought a Halloween mask for my boy, I was very disappointed when I received it but mask seller said I could not return it because I had used it. Different sellers different seller services. SO I give 5 star for this ice pack.

I noticed a very slippery fluid on my shirt and found that the middle section leaked out

the pad holding the freezing liquid is so small it doesn't last but a very few monutes. not worth the trouble to put on.

I purchased 2 different sets and this is far superior. Heavy duty packaging. Freezes quickly and provides long relief. Strongly recommend for anyone who needs to ice

Having knee problems and needed an ice pack - the fridge must have eaten our old ones! I have only used the large pack - strap it onto my knee with no worries about falling off. The strap also helps keep most of the pack against the knee to maximize the cold surface,

Wanderful product. Straps allow you to keep the pack on the exact area. 20 min on a d 20 min off worked the best for
