Delicious Non-Food Cheese!
I use it to recreate a Romanoff pasta dish, and it works pretty well for that. It's also good on popcorn since it's a powder, and it adds more kick to prepared mac & cheese. I can't comment on shelf life because I use it before it's a concern.

Kraft same
I tasted this powder..had a funny aftertaste..then I tried the kraft powder..guess what..same aftertaste..this is the very same cheese that kraft uses..it makes delicious mac and cheese..no funny taste after it's mixed with macaroni

This is my dream for healthy mac
Flavor is perfect for making Kraft Dinner style mac n cheese with any pasta. I've used both chickpea pasta and low carb shiritaki.I used 1 serving of pasta, 6 teaspoons of KD powder, 2 teaspoons spreadable butter/margarine, and 2 teaspoons 2% milk.If you are pressed for time, pre-cooked regular pasta or ready to eat high protien or keto pasta products make this fast. Just like with Kraft Dinner, the sauce takes about 45 seconds to mix and thicken, and can be done with a couple rounds in the microwave on freshly drained pasta.I'd suggest adding a little more milk for a pre-cooked sealed pasta product, as those have less moisture than freshly drained pasta.

Not what I thought
This cheese is close but it is not the cheese that comes from the box of Mac n cheese . It has an off flavor but it is close. You would think since it’s from craft it would be the same

Great product - Short dated
Very good product! Quite short dated, though. Huge quantity that expires in 3 months. :(

Tasty
This is awesome on popcorn, which is what I use it for.

Inedible and in the trash
I ordered this after several successful batches of Mac n cheese with double milk/butter and stolen cheese packet from another box. I was hoping to settle my cheese packet deficit with this bulk cheese powder but was left disappointed. When I added it to my Kraft Mac n cheese, I found the sauce had a strange and unpleasant taste. Hoping it was a fluke, I tried a few more times with just this cheese and combinations of this and the Kraft packets. Alas, all was for nought. On the bright side, it did bring an abrupt end to my Mac n cheese cravings and likely saved me from thousands of calories of pasta and butter in the following weeks.Upon closer inspection, I found that it had an expiration date less than two months after the date I purchased it. In my excitement, I did not do my due diligence when ordering and assumed it was Kraft brand, but it very much is not. Whether it is a difference in Canadian vs American tastes, a matter of expired product, or simply poor quality of product, I can’t say for sure. But I do know it sat on my counter all summer until I had the heart to throw it out and admit the $20 I spent on this inedible cheese was a waste and the product was irredeemable. A regrettable purchase indeed, but I’m glad I satisfied that curiosity and didn’t have to wonder what if. Save your money and rest assured you are not missing out. Double butter and milk are sufficient for extra saucy Mac n cheese, and the extra cheese powder is not necessary.

1980’s Mac&Cheese when it actually still had Cheese
It is cheaper in the long run than the boxes of Kraft. It tastes more like the stuff from the 80’s & 90’s. Cheesier, creamy, much better. Glad I bought it
