igourmet Piave Vecchio Cheese - Pound Cut (15.5 ounce)

I used to buy aged Piave at the store but they stopped carrying it. I have this cheese with Anjou pears a couple of times a week for lunch now that I've found it again on Amazon. The order arrived promptly, tastes great and lasts a long time in the fridge (especially if wrapped in foil). Piave can be fresh or aged or somewhere in between. I ordered the aged which is the one i love.

It arrived very well packaged and nice and cold.
