Easy way to introduce allergens
Great way to introduce and maintain allergens in babyโs diet. Mixes completely into bottle and so easy.

Great product, but...
We've been enjoying this product. Really great concept and the ease makes it worth the price. I found the stage 2 packets are best in solids (oatmeal/cereal) for my baby. She was fine drinking the earlier packets in stage 1 in a bottle, but once we got to the stage 2 packets, she wouldn't drink the bottle with it. No problem, it works great in oatmeal. Here's the but: We did stage 1 and have been doing stage 2. The first couple boxes of packets were easy to pour into a bowl. However, our most recent box of packets hasn't been. They powder is very stuck to the pouch. I try scraping it out, but find it very hard to get it all out with it so stuck to the inner side of the pouch. I'm not sure if this was just a bad batch or not. Going to give it 1 more order, and if it's still challenging, we may stop unfortunately. Hoping for the best because we loved using it prior. Update: We continued into stage 3 and had a good experience. So it must have just been a bad batch or the outside temperature on delivery day or something! We loved using it.

Perfect and it works
This is the second time that I have used this system. It worked great with both of my kids. Donโt mix it in a bottle because it will clump like crazy. Open the packet so itโs flat so that you can get everything out. Works great, no food allergies in either of my kids.

Great introduction set!
My pediatrician loved these! He didnโt know they existed and encouraged us to start them at the 4mo mark when it suggests for stage 1 and so on! Our baby loves the oatmeals too! Weโve tried original, PB, and apple&banana. So good for allergen intros.

Effective but hard to mix in a bottle.
This is our second time using this system with our kiddos. We used it with our first child who thankfully has no allergies to the big 7. We started with step 1, and then went to this box next, and then the last one. This step two box is great in that it continues the first 3 big allergins while your baby is waiting to start solids. It mixes in the bottle. Itโs effective and easy to use. The reason I gave it only 4 stars though is the peanut powder is HARD to mix in. Even after 5 minutes of shaking the bottle it looks still unmixed or chunky at the bottle with particles. Everyone who iโve had try to mix it has the same response. It works and is okay so I am still giving it a good review. Just the mixability is less than what I hope for.

Family History of Allergies
We just finished the first month of Ready Set Food for our precious five month old itty bitty one. As a mom who struggled with a long family history of milk and egg allergies, her daddy and I were determined to give our daughter the best chance at an allergy free life! Our pediatrician recommended we begin introduction at four months, and I struggled with knowing how much, what and when. I showed her the Ready. Set. Food! program and she approved! It was simple, efficient, and we knew it was safe. Adding the packets daily to 2 ounces of breast milk in the morning is how we got it done! Now that we've completed the introductory program, we are expanding to other pureed foods. We add Ready. Set. Food! directly into the purees. So far, bananas and yams are a hit. Thank you, Ready, Set. Food! for helping us figure it all out.

Great concept
My daughters both had a number of food allergies as children and the novel idea of introducing common allergens to an infant's diet, helping them develop exposure and decreasing the risk of them developing these common allergens - all I can say is I wish it had been available when my girls were infants. We started my grandson on these packets at 6 months, and thus far no issues. They are not the best smelling and lord knows what they taste like, but he has not minded. You simply mix the packet into one meal a day. Once you are on the third stage, it is easier to mix it with two jars or pouches of food, or it becomes very thick as the third stage is significantly more than the first and second stage powder packets. It comes with a chart so that you can keep track of what you have introduced and they are packaged in a way to maintain exposure over time.

Great Product for Babies
This is the second go-around with the product for our second child. Our family has a history of allergens, and our first child is incredibly allergy free with the support of this product. It's honestly scary how my nieces and nephews react around peanuts, that I will buy this for all future family members going forward. Incredibly my son seems to enjoy the taste of the product as well. I like to use it in the late night feedings because it adds a little density and helps my baby sleep a little sounder.
