I’m 42 years old and there is a time in your life when you wake up one day, look in the mirror and realize that your skin is starting to sag, you are getting the jowls, your eyes look droopy and tired, the lines around your nose and mouth become more pronounced. So I looked into facial exercises because your facial muscles and skin needs stimulation just like your body to become tighter and plumped. As I was doing my research for facial exercises or facial yoga, I came across this cupping set. I was interested to try it but was skeptical of course. As a child my mom used the glass cupping on my back when I would get a bad cold and congestion. This is an ancient Asian method to break down and pull the toxins from your body. I always felt better after the procedure. I was intrigued how this would work for the face, so I decided to test it. Of course my husband said that I was crazy and laughed at me as I was cupping my face. The set has 2 bigger cups for larger areas of the face and 2 small ones for delecate areas (around eyes) or small areas like side of the nose (great when you have sinus issues or congested), and the silicone brush which is great for washing your face or spreading the facial oil. You definitely need to use a facial oil so the cups glide easily. Immediately my face felt relaxed after a 5 minute procedure. It felt rejuvenated and plumped. It became my evening routine before bed. My coworkers started commenting that my face looks refreshed, my husband noticed the difference. And it has only been 3 weeks! I’m officially obsessed! My eyebrows look lifted, my jaw line is becoming more defined, the lines on my forehead and the “11’s” between the eyes are diminishing and my cheeks and lips look plumped. I told my mom and she ordered the same set and absolutely loves it. This set is portable and easy to take with you anywhere and it would not break :). There are many similar sets on the market but here is why I chose the set from this company: this is an American company, the description is in correct English that makes sense, they have a website with more product information and video tutorials, they have done the clinical studies and the before and after pictures on their website look real and not photoshopped, they stand by their product and guaranteed replacement or refund if you are not happy, the material they use for these silicone cups is free of any toxins or fillers. Since I was so happy with the results, I ordered the set for the body, which is also amazing! I just ordered 12 sets as Christmas gifts for my close friends and family. I’ve been using this facial cupping set for a while now, and I’m obsessed. It’s surprisingly easy to use, even if you’re new to facial cupping, and the little brush makes applying oil super simple before starting. The cups have just the right amount of suction, so they glide smoothly without feeling too strong on the skin. The quality feels great, and they’re easy to clean after each use. I love that they’re lightweight but still sturdy, and the set doesn’t stain or lose shape even after regular use. It’s honestly such a relaxing part of my routine now, my skin looks a little more plumped and refreshed every time I use them. Definitely one of those self-care tools that feels worth keeping around.

I've used these about half a dozen times and they seem to work ok. My method: I first cleanse my face and then apply (untoasted and unrefined) warm sesame oil on my face--as well as over all my body--prior to showering which might seem weird but is amazing for moisturizing. The sesame oil is slipperier than other oils (such as almond oil) and it's important to use something really slippery so that the cups don't drag against your face at all. I start with the larger cup and then use the smaller one around my mouth, nose, and eyes. I wouldn't "park" either cup on any portion of the face and I wouldn't squeeze all the way for maximum suction as these are strong enough to break capillary veins near the surface of the skin. During movement the cups lose suction anyway so I sort of pump the cups gently with my fingers as I move them around. After using, I get in the shower and allow the hot water to "melt" the oil further into my face and body. After showering I use a rich moisturizer as I have pretty dry skin. I think my skin texture has gotten nicer and softer doing it this way. I'm 42 and I don't expect miracles with wrinkles or diminishing eye bags but the surface improvement is a nice effect--I'll be watching to see if anything else improves over time. I think this kit was once sold with more than two sizes and it's too bad they no longer have a size in between large and small. Not sure what I need with duplicates of each size unless somehow they wear out? I did not receive anything in return for writing a review; I paid the price listed.

Literally so amazing. I got this because I saw a beauty blogger using it and of course I was doubtful because obviously it was sponsored. But i ordered it out of curiosity and lemme tell ya, it is GREAT. I didn't really read the instructions so I dunno whether it was stated or not, but you always need to use a liquid on your face to lubricate the cups and allow them to glide across your face. I personally suffer from light acne, so i just pat a bit of acne cream on my face and then use the cups. All the benefits of cupping + acne treatment! And I HAVE GOT TO MENTION that the scrubbie alone is amazing. It's supposed to be used to exfoliate your face before using the cups, but I use the scrubby every single time I wash my face. It lathers so well, the bristles really clean deep into your pores, and it exfoliates SO DEEPLY without having to scrub off 20 layers of your skin like sand paper. My face is so smooth and soft after I use it. Would TOTALLY buy it again.

These do work and my skin does look and feel better when I use them but this brand says that quality is important for good results and not to be fooled by cheaper brands that may not provide the same quality....well I honestly don’t think these are worth paying double for. I have a hard time getting these to keep suction, they’re fine and serve their purpose but the cheaper ones would have done the same.

J adore ces ventouses , mais je previens tout de meme , allez y mollo , car je me suis arrangée deux jolis suçons aux tempes , qui donne un effet battue , donc huilez bien , et n insistez pas trop , faites le en rituel ca détend et l effet est rapidement visible

Nessun miracolo però nell'immediato l'effetto è molto piacevole. io le uso soprattutto la mattina, giusto qualche minuto dopo che ho spalmato la crema e l'effetto tensore è visibile, toglie rapidamente i segni del sonno o... del mancato sonno dal viso ;)
