Great Customer Service
I love this treadmill mostly because of the smaller size and the ability to fold it up since I live in an apartment. I use it for thirty minutes of fast pace walking each day. I did have a technical issue with the treadmill. I contacted the company and they were excellent. Customer service responds very quickly to emails and works diligently to help you solve the problem. Customer service was able to solve the problem to my satisfaction. Because of the respect and care Customer service has shown, I would order from this company again.

it's a nice light weight treadmill...
it's nicely priced, light weight, maneuverable.. but it's definitely not the quality of a gym treadmill.the track is kinda narrow, and short.... but it does what i need it to do at the speed i can maintain.

It's OK
I have had this for about a week. Its small which is what I wanted but it is narrow. I actual tread doesn't spread across the whole base and the mobile part gets loud and sounds like it runs against something as it turns. You get what you pay for.
