A Must read! Yemen is in the spotlight and even for us who has follow Yemen for years its a very good read. Its detailed yet easy to consume. I keep two copies and one at hand if I need it as a reference or if I need to look some thing up. Each contributor could easily expand on their topics and they would be great book.I hope this will be followed up as events unfold.

An essential read for those who don't know anything about Yemen but only know that this country is complicated and hard to understand what has happened + what is happening. This book attracts me a lot from cover to cover and was very interesting in terms of relationship with other countries. Yemen is a depressing country. No food no clean water no job. constantly threatened by terrorists.

it's not at all as wat I thought. .it's very shallow and basic and not that analysis but it's good review or book for ppl know nothing about yemen
