Really good book...very clear easy to follow. Only careful of the pomme mousseline it underestimates the cooking time on the baked potatoes and increase the amount by 30% as it's even for mousseline too loose. But everything else I've tried has been perfect

Great book. All the recipes are adapted to home cooking ( even too much for me as they require a microwave ) and are simple to make. Most importantly however they are very, very tasty!

Lots of easy and some difficult recipes for the beginner or professional and nice pictures

Great translation of a series of French cookbooks in one volume

Being a huge foodie I own quite a few cookbooks, this one is by far the best: Great recipes not too complicated with clear instructions! There’s even pictures to help explain some slightly more complicated steps! Most importantly those recipes just works, great balance of flavours. Simply deliciousOnly issue I have is that the packaging from Amazon is not so protective therefore the edges of the book is slightly damaged when it came, which is not Anne-Sophie’s fault😂

Anne-Sophie is a heroine for girls and ladies around the world! I’m so excited to add her cookery course to my culinary collection!!!The book is great, though the package was not gently handled when it arrived. Still in readable condition, which is what matters!

Das Buch ist eine Inspiration!Schon beim Lesen läuft einem das Wasser im Mund zusammen.Viele Rezepte sind nicht einfach in einer normalen Küche zu kochen. Aber das war bei einer solchen Spitzenköxhin zu erwarten. Für mich nicht schlimm. Solche Bücher sind manchmal auch einfach nur zum lesen und lernen da.
