If I could give this company 10 stars for service, then I would do so. I originally ordered two sets of slightly different shaped legs, one with wheels, one without, which arrived in different colours. When I rang the company about this, the very helpful person who replied explained that it was because the two sets I had chosen were made from different woods. As I live near enough to them, he suggested I go to their warehouse and they would come up with a solution for me. As I also wanted two more sets slightly differently shaped, I went along (amazed at the vast selection of different coloured and shaped furniture legs they have in stock) and we spent some time attempting to match up various colours. In the end, after some deliberation, the company owner suggested that they could put wheels on to some plain legs and stain them all the same colour to get a match. She also offered to deliver them to me the next day on her way home from work! When she brought the legs, she explained that they had tried to stain the legs we had chosen but they ended up a darker colour than I wanted, so they used an almost identical set to have another go.
