Excellent set but minor flaw
Very nice set, well designed, sturdy and beautiful color. Unfortunately, the plumber stated that the diverter wasn't cut properly which caused a little problem.

You will have to replace your old pipes
It is really nice only problem was that I had to replace pipe behind the wall. Which cost alot more where I'm from

This is a light weight and not sturdy.
Looks good, but not solid. I had it for a year before installing. Then about a year after installation the diverter handle fell off because it was so cheaply made, it wont go back on. would not recommend for families with kids cause it lacks durability. The handles slides on and are not secured with a screw to stay in place. Eventually, just under normal daily use they will come off.

Cheaply made
Platic parts. Cheaply made. While trying to get it to stop dripping, handle broke off and flooded my bathroom and recently finished basement. Got the handle put on and middle handle broke off again!Now the shower head is leaking from the side. Terrible...... will have to buy a whole new set and definitely not this one.

Would never buy from this company again!!
Do not buy from this company. The faucet didn’t fit so we had to return it. After weeks of waiting, we finally received the refund but they charged us a $26.99 restocking fee. I would never buy from this company again.
