Lotus Vertigo Puffer Angled Flame Pipe Lighter w/Tamper Scraper Spike (Blue)

Thought this was a great all-in-one lighter for pipes. 2 days after using it, the lighter lever broke off (see the pic). When I got the lighter, the 'leather' was cheap plastic, but just wanted it to work. Now trying to return it or get it fixed, the company rejects any claims or communication. It's a cheap POS and not worth the money. Now I'm stuck with a broken unit.

I took several photos to show the details you may not have seen in the Amazon ad. I've owned more lighters than I can recall as a 55 year old man who enjoys a green lifestyle😎. The quality of construction is excellent, ignitor trigger is solid and feels like it'll last. The fluid filler area on the bottom has a rubber washer around the brass nipple so it's easy to guide the tiny-assed plastic adapter on your ultra fine aerosol butane refill bottles. Flame adjustment slit is cut into the outer rubber bracket and adjusts easily with a narrow straight blade screwdriver with a 1/8" wide tip. The blue wrap on the lower part of the lighter has a tackiness to it, so it's a synthetic leather but looks great and keeps the lighter from sliding on hard surfaces like a rubberized covering!! The family all approved of the initial quality and style. I will post a follow-up in a month, promise!
