Just Nice In Every Way!
Our kitchen faucet has been a piece of junk for years. No water flow, usually leaked when turned off, developed a leak at the base, at the bottom of the swivel. So, we shopped hard. I brought the wife back here and we shopped together. She wanted a pull down faucet because our daughter has one. I definitely didn't want a Price-Pfister this time.It was about as easy to install as it could have been. Getting the old faucet out was actually harder. The one snag was our fault. Our (under sink) water filter's kind of a piece of junk, too. It has one of those retarded saddle clamps. You install that over the water line and the first time you turn it off, it punches a hole in your water line. It never did leak, but I had to go to the hardware store and play musical fittings. I had to come up with a T fitting with male on one end, female on the other end and a different size on the third leg. I ended up needing two fittings and a short piece of copper tubing and one extra nut and compression fitting. Had it not been for that, this would have been a breeze! The fittings on the hot and cold supply lines(on this faucet) don't use compression sleeves; they use rubber grommets. MUCH better!! The pull down hose connects to another hose coming out the bottom of the faucet. This was so ingenious! It literally snaps together! You just push the two hoses together and it's connected! (There's a spring loaded release mechanism so it can be taken back apart.) It's held down on the center hole by a nut. Moen provided a plastic tool with a different size on each end. You put the right end over the nut and put a screwdriver through the hole at the other end and tighten it firmly. The base plate they give you covers the other sink holes on a three hole sink. You're done! It's massive, impressive, and pretty gorgeous! We chose the stain resistant stainless steel one and it matches our sink perfectly and looks kind of "futuristic".The head has a very free moving swivel. On the head there's a flip button | lever that changes it from stream to spray. It goes back to stream by itself when you turn it off. It also has a button that adds water pressure when you push it. It also returns to less water when you turn the faucet off. The lever must go on the right side, the instructions say. It's installed and assembled and the whole thing with the lever drops into the sink. To use it, you move the lever to the right to turn it on and you rotate it up for hot or down for cold; it moves 90 degrees. The pull down function is real nice. They provide you with a weight that snaps onto the pull down hose, which is under the sink. Ours gets slightly stuck on a dishwasher drain hose. I need to get back under there some day and just move that hose out of the way. If it weren't for that, it would be perfectly smooth and perfect.DO NOT get the soap dispenser you can purchase with it on its page. There's another on made by Kraus that's much better. The nozzle is much longer and solves the problem of soap all over the counter and sink that many reviewers complain about with the shorter nozzle. It held an entire 22.6 ounce bottle of Dawn when we filled it, even though the docs say 17 ounce capacity. It went into the hole in the back right corner of the sink that we had left over from the sprayer that was part of the old faucet. And, though I was worried, it had absolutely no problem fitting next to the sink bowl underneath, which is another problem reviewers complained about.Just couldn't really be more pleased! It's a stiff price, but anything stainless steel is. The old "You get what you pay for" thing. The Kraus soap dispenser:https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07SXTCX2W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o03_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

So expensive...So awesome! 😊
I almost my get this because of the price. Then two things happened...1. It was a Deal of the Day. And 2. I found it cheaper via Amazon Warehouse. The things I love... It's esthetically pleasing. It wasn't as difficult to install and setup as I thought it would. It's touchless The water stream is more powerful and it has a power boost button. And most of all, it has the ability to link it to my smart home. When I tell Alexa to "ask Moen to pour two and a half quarts of water", it pours 2.5 quarts of water. The things I don't love... The wand/head doesn't lock in to the neck like most faucet heads that retract. You have to pay almost an extra $100 for the capability to plug it into a wall.I love it. If I didn't already have a Reverse Osmosis system set up for drinking water already, I'd program it to do more.I'm so glad about this purchase.

Good looking and well constructed
Although I haven’t yet installed this, it is quality made, not cheap materials you see in other faucets. The controls and faucet head move well and the gold is great. Not too yellow and not too pale. A true gold.

Switching between and maintaining stream and spray modes
The Moen Model 7864EWBL looks good and was easy to install. My wife found the Wave Sensor to be a little bit annoying as, whenever she was cleaning the sink, it was easy to accidentally turn the water on, and, in fact, was tough to avoid accidentally turning the water on. The sensor does work as advertised and works well if your hands are dirty and you don't want to touch the faucet handle to turn on the water. We are just going to have to learn to turn the sensor off when cleaning and then turn it back on.The biggest dislike about the faucet is the inability for the faucet to maintain the spray mode at low water pressure and flow . The water has to be on a higher pressure and flow for it to remain in the spray mode and not return to the stream mode. My wife likes to rinse dishes off hands free of the nozzle in the spray mode with the nozzle in place in the faucet (not pulled out) and, because it only sprays in high pressure and flow mode, it ends up splattering water everywhere. To solve this problem, I have placed a 1/2" wide by about 2" flat length rubber band over the hand toggle switch on the nozzle that holds the spray mode in place at low water pressure and flow. Picture attached. Other than the rubber band on the new faucet looking a little tacky, it works great. Don't know why Moen engineered a pressure sensitive toggle switch rather than just a toggle switch that would stay in the spray or stream mode at whatever water pressure and flow level you choose.

Great looking
This is very attractive and works even better than I expected. The nozzle pulls down and retracts easily. The handle moves easily. And it swivels nicely. My only issue is the handle being located on the right side. Being right handed, I tend to hold things, such as pans or coffee pots, in my right hand and would use my left to operate the handle. So, it is taking some getting used to.

Nice faucet, love it so far
I love this faucet. it was relatively easy to install. Connection to Google Home for voice control was also easy. It's very convenient to use and no issue so far. they only issue I had was during the installation where I realized that there is a wrong gasket in the box (see photo). I installed it with the wrong one that came in the box anyway but I'm not sure if it would cause issues long term.

Easy to install, good flow rate and seems solid so far.
Replaced my (not so) old (Sustainable Solutions’s Fluid F821) faucet with this Moen. The old faucet flow rate had deteriorated to the point that my on-demand water heater would not supply hot water (4 l/min) and the spray/stream adjuster was worn out. It took me around 30 mins to swap out the old with the new so installation was easy. I used an Allen key through the supplied installation tool holes to tighten it to the counter top and an adjustable wrench for the flexible hoses so no need for special tools. So far the faucet is working great. The standard flow rate I am getting is 6 l/min and even more with the flow boost so lots of hot water and I can fill the sink, kettle, pots in half the time. The only minor annoyance is that I’m struggling to get the hose to pull out and retract due to the piping / garburator under my sink. I’m hoping this will be resolved when the Moen hose guide arrives next week! Other than that I think it’s a great faucet at a good price.

Really simple to install and use
Really simple to install and use. Shipment was a different story but that was due to pandemic. Once a shipping notice was received it arrived very fast. Overall great choice! It is very sleek, Alexa understands commands perfecty and Moen delivers. It's a bit on the pricey side but the convenience of asking for certain measurements when cooking is excellent!

“NO COMPRAR”, MANDAN INCOMPLETO Y NO SE PUEDE INSTALAR
No compren nada a este proveedor. Me mandaron la llave sin dos piezas!!, la tuerca y la araña que son muy importantes para sostener la llave al fregadero. Una llave tan cara y es increible que manden incompleto el pedido. Mejor compren en Home Depot o lugares seguros donde no te hagan esto.
