I had a WB29 first gen battery, compared with I can see a great update in power for my flash, product is great, 100% recommend

Purchased this battery because some of my older ones are not holding the charge that they once did. Upon arrival placed on charger to get it fully charged before testing and within an hour or two it was fully charged. Plugged it into one of my existing AD200 Pro series Pocket Flashes and the flashes produced seem to have a more output. It may be my imagination or it is true because the older batteries may not be generating as much of a charge as they once did. Will monitor to see how the battery performs and update again in a few months but at present, I am happy with the purchase and the speed of the shipping with is always paramount with me.

It holds indeed almost 496 full exposure when I tested it just after I bought it against the manufacture’s claim of 500 shots ! Lo indeed a good robust product as a spare when you need to expose around any wedding or family functions minimum of 700/800 clicks ! I use two such units facing each other so that any angle I may move I shall get the balance light in any direction.I love it!

used AD 200 recently for a wedding, and very impressed at how much battery was left at the end. Bought this as a backup, never pulled it out of the bag as the one in flash barely felt the drain.

this is good accessory to have, in case your shooting events, parties, weddings, and your battery power goes on you.the battery can provide up to 400 full power shots from a single full charge, so of course if your shooting with lower power, you can get more shots. it takes about an hour to fully charge if the battery is completely drained. Perfect. Bought a spare in case I needed it for a western-themed wedding. Didn’t need it, but nice to have just in case.

The replacement battery has the same power as the battery that originally came with the Godox Ad200. I am a professional wedding and family portrait photographer. I use the Godox AD200 almost exclusively during a shoot. I use it 500 to 600 times a shoot, and I have never had it run out of power. I could probably go 2 shoots before it needs a recharge. Extremely happy with it.
