It’s really hard to clean

Don’t work well on small spots
I don’t get much acne, but prefer to take care of it corrrectly with sterile instruments if I do. I also get small patches of Milo’s on my face that are like solid balls of Keratin. But it seems most of the blemishes I get are too small. But, I love it when my husband gets a zit! He has huge pores and I could go to town with the extractor and my surgical blades!
