writes just like a normal pen... nothing special.not very smooth not very pigmented.you can get 10 pens in this price with better quality.i expected a good color and smooth writing from pilot.CONCLUSION-If u want to gift someone then its a good option because u have the brand name PILOT plus it looks classy.BUT if u want quality then please dont buy this one instead buy pilot hightech point v7 or v5 it has a smooth roller ball which gives a good writing speed as well as a good handwriting.

Not very comfortable in grip.
The tip is good as except from Pilot. But the grip leaves scope for a lot of improvement within this price range.
