Product arrived and courier company ("VOC") thus far useless at updating online. Plant is stunning however VOC dumped package outside on the main Road. I recommend the Seller, not the the delivery company

Awful delivery soil everywhere but left in a safe place. The plant is OK, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality but thought for the price I'd get nicer one. As you can see many leaves just either damaged or shredded by god knows what. Limescale over leaves so going to have to give it a good spray in the shower. The top is barely above 90cm was expected more foliage above 90 mark but they classed it as a 90 to 100 cm plant just because of one stem which extends to 90cm+ but thats partially damaged. Good thing is there are new shots so I can look after it better so will give it time. The leaves that are present excluding the small number of damaged are in good condition and very green still though. I can live with that but others may not be able to if they expect a close to perfect plant! Overall health is still great!

I don't usually do product reviews but on this occasion I felt I had to. Just wanted to say how pleased I am with it. The plant is beautiful and healthy, and arrived earlier than expected, great value for money especially for it's size! Definitely recommend!!

I'd forgotten I got it from here TBH. It has been great. I said to my partner. It will lose a lot of leaves in the first couple of weeks so don't panic and think it's dead but, it's lost just six leaves in the whole 2 months since I got it! The leaves were all stained but that is totally normal in the UK with our hard water over most of the country. I didn't want to use Leaf Shine because it goes sticky and you have to keep using it and I don't think it's good for your lungs so I juiced a lemon added that to a pint of distilled water and sprayed it in the bath. Bang. Shiny leaves with no limescale marks. Lovely.

I thought easy care meant it was tolerant. I mean, it says in the description that it prefers to be left alone! Well, not mine, it needs constant attention to make sure it's not too dry. So far I've only owned it a few weeks, and it's now very obvious it's not going to survive very long. I should have bought a plastic one!Several months in and it looks terrible. Half the leaves have dropped off. I wish I hadn't wasted my money.

This plant arrived today and is absolutely gorgeous. It's tall with lush green leaves and already looks like it's loving it's new location :). It was beautifully packaged and obvious that great care had been taken to ensure it arrived in the perfect condition it did. The information on how to care for the plant will be very useful and I promise I will do my best to look after it in the way it's been used to! I shall definitely be back for more! Thank you very much
