Great Blade for All-Around Use
I've been using the 12-inch miter saw blade, thin kerf, with 80 teeth for two years. After two years of moderately heavy use (building 10 garage cabinets, an entertainment center, shelves, and lots of other things), my old blade (the same model) was finally getting dull and couldn't cut red oak at a 45 degree miter without burning the wood. Time for a new blade. The first cut wasn't great, but after that, it's like having a new blade! (It is a new blade). This is great for soft woods (pine, hemlock, etc.), plywoods, mahogany, and hard woods (oak, etc.). I've been making a lot of cabinets, shelving, and now shadow box/picture frames. Love the blade, the performance can't be beat, especially for the price!

Great clean cuts.
I took a chance and purchased a previously purchased blade and was able to save about 25%. Blade was brand new and clearly never used. Definitely worth the price.

Great product that produces great result.
Built flower boxes that turned out great and each cut was nice and clean, no sanding needed. However, hard to install if you are doing the for the first time.

It slices, it dices, but no julian fries and that is ok.
After years of using one of these blades cutting super hard and dense hard wood floors in my house, trim work in that house, building a shed at the new house, cutting PVC pipe, etc etc etc, I finally needed a new blade for my compound miter saw. I swapped out the old one for this new one and continued on cutting wood. These blades work fantastic and if you watch the sales, you can get it for a really great price. One word on cutting PVC with this blade. Well of course it makes a mess, but I think I will use something else next time as it spins so fast it slightly melts the plastic to the blade. This is not the fault of the blade, so I am not taking a star off, but just something to think about when you choose a blade.

Works for me, should for you too.
As expected. I was a little disappointed at first. I was using a very dull blade that came with the Sliding Compound Miter Saw which I asked way too much of for way too long. I expected to be blown away once I mounted a good DeWalt blade, I wasn't. The first couple of cuts were not impressive but, once the yellow paint came off things got better. The cuts are clean and square and, eventually, no burning. It's performing as well as a blade at this price should so, no complaints. Be sure to make some initial cuts on scrap first. NOTE: I put some beeswax on this blade as I do on every blade of every tool I own.

very clean miter saw blade
This came as a set with the Dewalt dual bevel compound miter saw a few years back and has so far been fantastic. It cuts very clean and lasts a long time (Home use not professional). Very clean cuts, no burning and doesn't bog down with thicker timbers (4x4s are no problem).
