I have been using this fiber supplement for years. It is great. It adds fiber to your diet without the "drink it fast or choke feeling" of some other supplements. You can use it in water or juice. It has the light flavor of apples and it is easily the best tasting supplement I have ever tried. I recommend it to anyone wanting additional fiber in their diet.

I like this fiber, it is natural, and has 3 different types of fiber. No fillers, or sweetners. It doesn't have a flavor, that is ok with me, I put it in water.

This is safe and naturalI started using it once a day and bumped up to twice a dayI feel good and cleanLike any other product you use for moving things out...it helps when you drink lots of water (with lemon juice) to flush out your systemIf not your only clogging yourselfI take it before breakfast then again before dinnerIt has helped curb my appetite and I don't crave so much sugarGood luck

Product is great tasting and does the trick for adding fiber to your diet! The only negative is that it is hard to dissolve.

This is a great fiber supplement. It has a pleasant apple taste and works well. It is easy to prepare and the container is easy to open and store.

I've tried 'em all and in my opinion this is the best fiber on the market. I've been using it for almost 20 years...
