can be cut with computer controlled vinyl cutters. also can be cut with scissores or razor knife. high visibility red. will glow when illuminated with a black light. sticky adhesive on the back.

Incorrect color
Returned the product. I'm sure it was of good quality. But the color was not red is was more on the orange side

Not fluorescent red more like orange!!!
Product is not fluorescent red. Looks orange in the sunlight and dark spaces. Need to change either description or fix the color.
