Terrible. Avoid.
Don't buy this unless you've got an engineering degree, I'm fairly practical but fitting this was slow hard work There are no instructions and even looking at the pictures online it was a struggle to fit it. Some of the screw don't even fit their own parts and I was afraid of stripping the thread on my frame: I did manage with a lot of caution and grease. It would have been quicker to send it back but I didn't realise that until I was halfway through the job so I continued and spent more time than I would have wished on it.

Niet geschikt voor zware schooltas
Bagagedrager is niet in staat om een boekentas van een scholier mee te vervoeren. Het metaal scheurt door. De pootjes buigen ook door. Geen aanrader.

Good lightweight affordable carrier
I'm using this carrier for a custom ebike. While the rack is very lightweight, it feels solid enough to hold up to the weight I'll be using it to hold- 2 9x13 lipo packs with controller & charger mounted in a pair of SG-43 ammo cans, about 30 lbs total... I removed the 'mousetrap' as I'll be mounting a folding milk crate, & trimmed the lower mounting lugs so they fit closer to the frame.It came with a mounting adapter so it can be used on bikes with or without carrier lugs.

Third one is a charm.
This is my third Amazon bike rack. The first two had issues and would not work. This one is a bit hard to put on but worth it. BTW, from my experience with bikes use some threadlock on all the threads. Bikes vibrate and if you use a threadlock product you won't have to put this on more than once. Mine is on for good.THIS ABSOLUTELY WORKS WITH DISC BRAKES!

Good quality for the price, well built and well designed. Easy to install.
Seems to be well designed and good quality for the price. Sturdy enough to carry a 15 pound + bag. Well built and was easy to install. Some of the supplied machine screws have shown signs of rusting after 2 months of use, but this is more of a cosmetic concern than functional. For the reasonable price, you can't expect stainless steel hardware.
