Tastes amazing got 2 as a gift for my bf he’s obsessed with Parmesan cheese and it was by far his favorite

I happened across this wonderful gadget at the local cosmic-gourmet grocery store. I LOVED IT! It seemed to last a lot longer (no need to add too much if it's good-tasting cheese). I've just ordered another. Even my husband, who is usually oblivious to the ingredients in what he's fed, loved the new toy. Just wish there was someway to refill it.

This pricey piece a cheese may work for some, but there are those of us who KNOW that grana tastes best SHAVED. Thats the way you can dip pieces of grana in Balsamic or Saba and faint with pleasure.In addition, this product sells for $7 something at Trader Joe. and at that price, i would keep one on hand, knowing that my preference for shaved would make the grater grana last almost forever!

Had this in an Italian restraunt in Chicago while on Vacation. It is Very good cheese and Very easy to use. I was able to buy some from the restaurant to bring home but ran out. So glad to see it available on Amazon.

Have purchased for myself and my two daughters several times. I use it on everything from omelets to salads and all Italian in between.Only problem, it is not always available and would love to find a constant source. Well worth the money.
