The wrong product is pictured. Although, it does day USB in the description, the picture of the plug area shows Ethernet connection and NOT USB. This is getting one star because of the irritation and inconvenience factor. AND now to find out that the return window has expired it turns out that I am stuck with $540 worth of worthless merchandise.

If you need a great thermal receipt printer you need this. I ran 2 of them in my business and never once had a problem.
