Bought the 5 piece set last year as backup to using my last real HP set. Noticed the color cartridge was only printing red today and black was weak, so broke out the backups and ran into immediate problems. The color cartridge wasn't recognized by the printer, the black was, so I ran a clean cycle and printed a test page. Reseated the color cartridge, ran 2nd clean cycle, and printed another test page. I did this two more times and on the last one replaced the first new color cartridge with the other new one with same results. No color cartridge recognition, and still streaky dark gray, not black.I've uploaded the print test results from each cycle which show the incremental improvement of the black, but no color at all. I also noticed that the first color brick had scuff marks on the contact area like someone tried to clean with a scrubby pad, the second one didn't but that evidently didn't make any differences.Now I have to go shopping for cartridges.

I have tried several generic remanu. generic cartridges and found that LD it the ONLY product that my HP printer will accept w/o rejecting due to being unable to "see" the new cartridge as full.I will continue to use LD as long as ther printer will accept this great product.

My printer is old and Costco no longer carries these cartridges. The cartridges are perfect.

I purchased a new HP 98 cartridge from LD Products through Amazon, and they sent me, in addition to the new HP98, gratis, an LD recycled cartridge "suitable for use in [my] HP [6310]".I just installed the recycled cartridge, and ran the alignment. I then printed several pages using what I usually use, the fast, economical printing option. When I do this with a "real" HP 98 cartridge, I get clear, crisp printing even though I use less ink than "general printing." Even though this cartridge was just newly installed, the printing came out with uneven intensity and slightly blurry. That never happens with a real HP cartridge.It was nice to have a chance to try this for free, but I would never actually order one because the quality is so poor.

After a brief flirtation with a slightly cheaper company, I'm happily back with LD Products. I've never had a cartridge fail and the quality is the same as original printer company cartridges! Even when the printer has that stupid 'smart chip' to try and block non-manufactory cartridges. Sticking with LDP going forward!

This ink was recommended by a friend at work. When I found it and saw the price difference of what I normally get, I was surprised. And you know what? It works just as well as the ink I used to purchase! And such a cost-saving difference! I will get this ink from now on....and it even got to my house before I was expecting it! It's a win-win situation! Thanx y'all!

Good product....one flaw. Some of the cartridges may not work. You will get a signal that says replace cartridge when you just put in a new one. Emailed the co. And they have me the directions on how to repair. It's a little pain in the butt, but the cartridge worked and gave plenty of pages of good results. For the savings, you can't beat it. Great value.
