Works well, including Yealink T46S! It might be a fiddle though!
UPDATE: Having returned the dongle and received a refund (easily), I found one I had previously ordered and discarded and discovered that it worked. I suspect either an update of the firmware on the phone or the fact it was an older dongle may have been a factor, however, I cannot be sure. I have updated my review to 5 stars and corrected my headline. Sometimes it is great when you are wrong, I was looking to buy another phone I didn't need!Despite finding online references saying that this dongle was compatible with the Yealink T46S, it does not work. Delving deeper there are references to this fact online, however, not clearly on their website. I wont be alone in making the order mistake. Apparently it is the WF40 that is the dongle required. I will be investigating further and thoroughly before ordering it though.

Didnt work in my Yealink phone (listed as 'suitable' in the description). Advice from Yealink didn't help.

Very good!
Brilliant solution. Plug it in, input your network password it works. Very happy to no longer have to trail a network cable down my wall to my office.
