Gefilte Fish Companion
This sweet and sour sauce is a good companion to gefilte fish. It is more sweet and sour than horse radish hot. But how much horse radish fits is a question of taste. It is always possible to add a bit from another source. I like it as is. Another successful example for Polish -Jewish dialogue...

I purchased this at World Market but they don't have it anymore, was hoping to purchase through Amazon but shipping is outrageous. It is delicious, just the best if you like beets and horseradish!
