Gastrix Gallon - Extra Strength

I've been using this Gastrix Extra Strength to treat equine ulcers. It works well and my horse looks forward to his daily treat. He was dosed at two ounces twice a day for 60 days, and then we decreased the dose to 2 oz a day once per day and my gelding has gained weight, has a shiney white coat and looks much healthier.

If your vet suggested this product, you have a great vet.It works. Don't be fooled into trying to save a few bucks by comparing active ingredients with other products like U7.I made that mistake. The active ingredients are the same but the inactive ingredients are different and DO MAKE A DIFFERENCE. Use this GastriX product and your horse will love you.

I took my 25 year old mare to the vet because she's been really grumpy under saddle, and even bucked with me. She's never done that and has always been my steady-eddie girl. The vet diagnosed ulcers and suggested Gastrix. After 6 weeks she's back to her sweet and dependable self.

This is a wonderful supplement for the gut. All of our horses are on it.

Worth every penny. Horses love the taste and ulcers minimum or none. Good deal.

I have ordered this product in the past from a vet supply. I was concerned that it may not arrive in good condition from Amazon, but was pleasantly surprised. The product is fantastic for horses with stomach issues and coats the stomach to allow healing. I use it preemptively whenever I anticipate a stressful situation. I just add it to the daily mash and horses have always eaten it up with no hesitation. 100% recommend. Buy 2 or set up on a delivery schedule as you never want to run out.

Incredible results for ulcers- my vet recommended it and I have better luck with this than Gastro guard
