A well-known immunologist formulated Mitocore to optimize detoxification, cellular turnover, organ function and to fortify and strengthen the immune system. The bio-identical supplements contained are extremely high quality, clean, pure and each sourced in its healthiest, most absorbable form. (It was prescribed by my MD.) Far more than a multivitamin, they've kept me in vital, vibrant health for more than a decade. (If you have the MTHFR gene, these are your best friend.) The difference in my mental acuity and energy is night and day when I take them Vs. when I don't. (URIs don't stand a chance when taking these and I haven't had a cold or flu descend into bronchitis in the 12 years I've taken them.) But heads up, because of this (Mitocore literally optimizes energy in cell mitochondria), my doctor advised not taking them after 7 PM. (Unless you want to be up late!) And make sure to not take the full dose when starting out so the body can adapt to them and work its way up. (Otherwise it may create a "Herxheimer" response, aka a detox response that won't feel so great for a few days as it "cleans the junk out.") It's recommended to begin with one a day for the first week, two a day for the second week, and gradually work your way up. At my weight (120 lbs) I find that two per day is what works best for my body and is all I need. People wonder where I get all my energy and it's because of Mitocore! Superhero capsules. I've been taking Mitocore for the past year as part of my supplement protocol as designed by my wellness doctor.My goal for the year was to improve my overall micronutrients, improve energy production and improving overall antioxidant protection as I struggle with overall gut and inflammatory issues.While taking Mitocore I can't say that I felt a huge physical impact like other reviewers, I also only take 2 capsules per-day. However, my blood work showed over the past year that my micro nutrients improved, both my Krebs and Methylation cycles improved as well.Price point wise it's hard to find another product that has similar ingredients.I'd recommended this product for people who are looking to improve cellular repair and efficiency.

Wonderful vitamin, I'm 70 and it helps my hair, nails, skin, digestion. DONT HAVE IT SHIPPED WITH UPS, USE USPS INSTEAD.

WARNING!This product is amazing! However, please be cautious to review the description. This suppler does not send a bottle with 120 capsules as the picture shows - but - only 60 capsules which is noted in the description. It's tricky, so please understand what you are purchasing. The product itself is wonderful and I will definitely continue to purchase, but from another supplier.
