Sooooo please that Amazon was able to have this vendor provide the ‘real deal’ for a true Bohemian(Czech) Pilsner. With a Pilsner it is all about the malt and the quality of your water. Very hard to find a true unmodified floor malted malt and Amazon (The grape and granery) had this product. I do full mash with a 10 gallon brewery so I bought a full 25kg bag. That will allow me to make two batches and total cost with shipping was about $3/lb. Great, great value! Will definitely buy again and for any homebrewers wishing to make a serious, quality Pilsner look no further. The best there is!!
