BICGel-Ocity Ultra Gel Pens, Medium Point Retracable (0.7mm), Black Ink Gel Pen, 12-Count

I got these pens thinking they would be an upgrade over the already brilliant Gel-ocity Quick Dry pens. BIC should not have messed with a great formula. The pen looks great and is very comfortable to hold, but writing with it is a chore because it skips pretty frequently. I can't imagine taking notes during a meetin with these. I gave these pens a shot for a few days, but I'm going back to the Quick Dry.

I don't know if I'd pay full price for these, but for the daily deal I got them on they're a good buy. Top quality disposable pens are a commodity in my home, and these are slick writing excellent specimens. They'll probably last about two weeks before my wife and kids lose them all.

These pens are very nice. The ink is smooth, saturated and doesn’t skip. I haven’t had them that long, so can’t say how long the ink will last. The purple is a little too dark for my taste, but some might like that better than a bright purple. The other colors are brighter. I would definitely buy them again.

I have a difficult time finding the right writing tool. These pens are just right for a nice glide across paper. Most pens seem to skip ink occasionally, these do not. I actually bought 12 pens to keep handy.

Superb smoothness, flow of writing! Does tend to 'blot' occasionally, but is like writing with a fountain pen. Printing is crisper and neater; cursive is flowing and effortless.

I work in a pharmacy and do a lot of writing. This pen is comfortable to hold.
