Pros:1. This is the flagship Bosch Hob2. Tried so much to get from Local Bosch dealer, but as this is the flagship model I couldn't get this for a long time, so ordered from AmazonThe delivery time was slightly higher, but the product came in perfect shape and works flawlessly3. Flame is pretty powerful and the Wok burner (Largest burner to the left) just burns like in fast-food shop, very useful if you need to heat something quick or for larger vessels like cooker etc..Cons:1. Always stay near Bosch technician during installation because they handle the product pretty rough, so never go anywhere ever for a minute at the entire time of installation

It was delivered on time but no technician call received for installation and demo then i followed up. I had ordered 3 bosch products but none of them were achieved my expectations. I had ordered 5 & 4 burner gas hob and chimney from home appliance zone. Chimney came late, gas hob's are defective i sent mail but no response and no call the person who came to fix he said directly contact the head office. I don't know how you guys take things easy. I am looking for a quick solution and exchange. I had spent 70k it is not a small amount. Thx

Hob's performance is excellent.Cleaning is really difficult.Do not buy if staff is going to use.Maid dropped cast iron pan grid...IT BROKE!!!!!.impossible to get a spare. BETTER STICK TO BRANDS WITH EASY AVAILABILITY OF SPARES andPRACTICALLY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.which is shocking considering price of all products.REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Excellent product....food cooks automatically and it prepares the food you wanted to eat.....no wonder why the price is high.....Above expectation !!!

Product is good and well built . I feel that the cast iron griddles could have been heavier. Ut I guess you get what you pay for. Be warned about spares if you need them, I’m still in warranty period but it’s taking 3 weeks to get the spares. How am I expected to cook meanwhile@? They don’t seem to have an answer. Also service @Rs.800 post warranty is t justified for a hob.

It will have lot of scratches inspite of using a high end microfibre cloth to clean, it is very congested though it has 5 burners , you can only use 3 max at a time,cheap burners, cheap vessel holder.... not worth, not recommended.. I have every single Bosch appliance but their customer care is pathetic... big no to this product..
