Easy to assemble

Good price, not a sturdy as I expected, one of the arms was slightly split on wood - did feedback this to the supplier and I didn't want to return as it was a bulky item they offered me £10 as compensation - overall good purchase

Comfortable and nice chairs, but poor quality. The screws fitting the back of the chair into the legs come loose all the time (in fact, I don’t think one of them ever screwed in properly). If it weren’t for that then the chairs look good and are comfy so would have been happy with purchase.

Update:After submitting very positive feedback I can now say that these directors chairs are not fit for purpose. After owning 4 of them for less than a month, one of the seats broke as I sat on it. They had hardly been used in the garden due to inclement weather. Very poor quality. I sent them all back to Germany after they emailed me return ‘tickets’ for me to print out to attach to packaging. Had to find a box big enough to pack them in then travel 30 minutes to a DPD depot to send them. They received the 4 chairs 2 weeks ago according to the DPD tracking system but I have still not received a refund despite contacting them twice. Definitely would not recommend.Original feedback:Great directors chairs. Bought 4 in a lovely grey. They are sturdy and well made. Straight forward to put together. You need a bit of strength to slide the the seat in place though, but I’m a 58 year old female and I managed it. We have found them to be very comfortable to sit on and relax in the sun. Seat and backrest fabric are washable which is a bonus. They arrived 6 days before they were due. Can’t fault them really. Just perfect for my small sunny courtyard. Would recommend.

I bought this chair as a birthday present for my partner to sit on and enjoy the patio he has designed and made.The tracking online was vague and I couldn't find out if the chair would arrive in time for his birthday. Then on the very day and out of the blue a smiling courier was at the door with the parcel. Hurray! My partner loves the chair, and thank you. It is a good design, pretty easy and quick to assemble and comfortable and supportive to sit it. Everything you would expect from a Director's chair!

Excellent quality, easy to move around. I was able to assemble it but needed help to fit the seat.All Important for me as I am disabled.

The chairs came promptly. One was assembled with no difficulty. The other was more of a challenge. One of the struts which hold the back support was not as well made as the other. However with fingers crossed that nothing broke I managed to twist it into the correct position for screwing it onto the arm rest. The wooden pieces are rough. If I was more pernickety I would probably have sanded the whole lot down.

It too two of us using brute strenght to fit the seats into the poorly cut grooves and the finish on the wood is poor and we may need to sand to get a better finish. For this price I would expect better quality. Also everything is so stiff and be careful how you pull the seat up to fold back up - do not put hands inside of arms and pull the seat up even though it seems logical that this is how you would pull up the seat to fold - see picture of hubby's hand - not good. The whole seat snapped up and crushed his hand in the arms. So be careful or just don't buy these chairs.
