We recently moved, and while our new home is dramatically larger than our last house, we developed an issue where our kitchen table became the catch-all for mail, important documents, bills, and notes home from school. I knew eventually that I wanted to have a "command center" in our kitchen with everything neatly organized, but I was having trouble finding exactly what I wanted to complete this look.After lots of searching on Amazon for magazine racks, I finally settled on this one. I expected great quality and this wall rack absolutely blew those expectations out of the water. The construction of this is fantastic! The wall rack itself is quite heavy (heavier than I expected) and I would recommend that when installing this, that you place it on a wall or another area that will be able to withstand the weight of the rack itself. With this rack, I have no qualms about it falling down or not being able to hold and organize those all important papers that were once cluttering my table.Installation was simple and it came with the necessary hardware to do so, including wall anchors. It took both myself and my fiance to hang this, but that was solely because it is rather difficult to hold the wall rack and then mark out the holes on the wall prior to drilling. He did want to ensure that it was level, so for us, this installation took about 15 minutes tops. Just because there are wall anchors available, I would recommend making sure that one of the screws is in the stud of the wall.Overall, this wall rack is aesthetically pleasing and I have no concerns over its durability. I have reclaimed my kitchen table and I have a rather impressive command center that is quite helpful in corralling a family of 7. The price may seem steep to some, however, you can easily purchase models similar to this that are plastic and only a few dollars cheaper. My recommendation would be to go with this wall rack, especially since the workmanship and quality of materials is dead on.

It is NOT nearly 16 inches. It is about 14 3/4 inches. Very misleading measurements. I took the time to look for something around 16 inches. Boy was I disappointed.

Really nice rack; some things to be aware of however;1) the kit includes a mount you attach to the wall and then hook baskets onto.2) the baskets are not necessarily 'square' with the pegs on the mount3) the pegs on the mount are not prefectly square with the mount.I mounted the mount on the wall perfectly plumb only to discover that the baskets 1) were not level and 2) were not the same amount of crooked.I found two of the three baskets that were the same amount of crooked, put my magnetic level in the bottom of the baskets and re-leveled the bracket crooked so that the baskets are perfectly level.The baskets are too close together reducing the capacity by 40% on the bottom two so i'm using 2 on the bracket that came with and will mount the 3rd elseware by itself.Since the bracket is not wide enough to reach between studs, I drilled holes into the bracket in the center so i could mount onto a stud (totally not needed but I'm a member of overbuilder's anonymous). I would defintely buy again.

Great sold metal shelves. The slots could be a little larger to get a drill through for install but I would definitely buy it again.

Being disabled, it was difficult to get my mail in. I mounted it on my inside door and the postman just opens the storm door and puts my mail in this where it is much easier for me to reach!

I searched a lot of different organizers. I was specifically looking for one that hangs on the wall. After reading about the plastic ones breaking and the other metals ones not being very stylish, I settled on this one. It took my husband 1 minute to assemble and 2 minutes to drill the screws in to the wall. It looks great, its been a few weeks and its holding up perfectly. We are very happy with this purchase.Just a note, there is a track that you attach to the wall with screws and each pocket has a lip on the back that slips in to a slot in the track. So each one individually attaches to the ONE track with slots.

Get little holder wish there were holes to tighten the screws. It just pops off cause I can't tighten the screws

I have a small home office from which I sell insurance (please don't hate me). I've purchased six of these for the office. They are very well built. They remind me of products from the 50's when people still took pride in their work. Everytime I buy something today I almost count on poor quality and having to replace prematurely. I'm one of those guy's who believe that if it requires a 2 x 4--then use an 8 x 8. These are really tough! They are also very attractive and don't look industrial. I've had the plastic--you get what you pay for.

Have it on the wall to hold the tablet and headphones . Fits a lot .

Perfect for my office wall

Needed something for my son to store his gaming magazines. As this hangs securely on the wall is ideal to keep thing study and to hand. Thsnkyou

Doesn't seem as sturdy as I had imagined, but we'll see when it goes on the wall.
