Use it with vitamin C
Have been using this for a short time, in conjunction with ascorbic acid as I read that they work best together. My hair is stronger and a little longer. Haven’t been using it for too long, but have great expectations

Camouflage the taste and take it.
Good for hair and nails. Horrible taste though. I suggest mixing it with a little juice or a superfood powder, because the taste by itself is UGH!

Do Not Buy - This Product Does NOT Contain SILICA!
Do not purchase! I fell for this before fully doing the research and I’ve completely wasted my money and expectations. I was looking for a product that is high in silica and this product advertises that Bamboo Extract contains silica HOWEVER this product is not the specific type of Bamboo that contains silica. The name of Bamboo that contains silica is called Tabishir and was used in ancient Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine. Tabishir is a powdery white substance and as you can see in this picture, this powder is brownish-yellow and therefore definitely not the silica-rich Bamboo Extract called Tabishir. It appears this is a scam to sell the waste product from ordinary Bamboo on Amazon, by using crafty word-play. I fell for the okie-doke but hopefully I’ve empowered you make a wiser decision.
