Crown Trade Winterbloom 5L Matt Emulsion

Paint delivered quickly and is exactly as ordered.

This emulsion was easier to apply and covered the marks on the area painted much better than normal emulsion.

I am furious with the quality of this paint. My room is small and have only ever needed 5 litres of paint before, with plenty left over. I used a professional decorator and he said it was the worst paint he had ever used. He gave it 2 coats and it still needs another coat. The only trouble is I have ran out of paint. I now have to hope that our local crown trade place will have this colour in and it is a perfect match. My decorator has to come back another day to finish off, at further cost to myself. When the paint was opened it had loads of oil on the top. Decorator seemed to think the paint could be years old, especially when they stuck a new label over the old label, of what used to be the old company before crown took over. WInterbloom was a colour I had used before and had some left from when I had decorated before, yet it was a completely different colour. Nothing like the one I bought from Homebase. How a tin of paint and not cheap at that, can cause me so much strife and money now I have to pay for another tin, pay extra for the decorator, who BTW added that he had never had to give a room three coats of paint in is 30 year professional career and tbh, nor me!!!.. I am absolutely disgusted with the quality!!!!
