I bought this because like a lot of people, I'm working from home these days and I use an electrical desk that lets me switch between sitting and standing throughout the day.This is my first standing desk mat and the material is a bit softer than I was expecting, but I'm not complaining about that. As you've seen in the pictures, it has a variety of surfaces that encourage you to move and shift as you work while standing. The outer border of the mat is a bit stiffer than the flat internal standing area, which lets you get a variety of textures while you stand and work. The included orange ball is significantly stiffer than the outer portion of the mat and is great for massaging the arches of your feet while you work.This mat might not be for everyone, but if you're a kinetically orientated person who needs some variety of sitting and standing throughout your day this mat will make your standing time so much more enjoyable than it already is because you're standing on a soft base and also have a variety of surfaces and textures to move and shift around and massage your feet with. The included orange ball is the icing on the cake - it's tough and is great for massaging the arches of your feet. Now if I can just get my dogs to leave it alone.....

What an amazing product! I purchased this standing comfort mat along with a standing desk convertor! I have been working from home since Covid started, and have really missed by adjustable desk and having the option to stand up. This comfort mat is truly incredible, very soft, yet sturdy. I love the ball that comes with the mat. It is great for massaging your feet as you stand or sit, and helps with my plantar faciatis pain. The different textured sides feel great on the feet as well. This is a high-qualify product! I am so grateful I decided to purchase this mat to go with the desk convertor. It has made all the difference! I highly recommend this producct!!

I bought this to use with my standing desk at work. I have flat feet, so its hard to stand for any length of time, but I love when I can. I also noticed that the longer I stood, the more tired my legs got, and I got antsy. I bought this mat because I thought having something for my feet to do while I worked would help me to not notice I was standing for a long time. So far this is working well. The cushion is great, my feet don't get sore as fast, and having the various textures and hights allows me to move around and keep my feet busy. We will see if this holds up in the long term, but so far its working well

This is a comfortable mat. When I first started using it and standing on the acupressure points, it hurt a lot. But I have a lot of pain in my feet. After using for a few days, standing for work instead of sitting, the pain is not so bad. It is helping.

This mats multiple surfaces are the key to the relief and comfort. If you suffer from foot pain and the effects of neuropathy and have trouble standing still because of it this is great. It gives you so many different ways to adjust your stance and places to change the pressure on your feet. The ball is a great addition as well. I use the back part when sitting to rest my feet on as well as the ball to massage and stimulate my feet. It has become second nature and I often don't even realize I'm doing it until I inadvertently send the ball rolling off the mat and have to fish it out from a cornet, lol.If I was going to add anything to this product it would be a small pull on the back to make it easier to get a little lift and pull it out from under a desk when switching to standing mode. something large enough that you could do it with your foot would be great. It is easy enough to slide it back in with my foot but having to bend over drag it out is tough considering back issues are a large reason many people are switching to stand/sit desks.

I owned few standing mats and wanted another one for my home office. This one looked different, comes with free massage ball, and the price point was awesome.Pros:1. You can do a lot of different poses on this2. The massage ball it comes with feels like high quality. Massage ball is hard enough and the mat is soft enough, so using both together is perfect.3. Free of prop-65 warning! This was one of very few that was tested for prop-65 chemicals.Cons:1. Not sure if it's cons but this is what's different from other mats I own. This is not a hard standing mat. I own a hard standing mat, too and if you are looking for a hard one, this is not for you. I wanted a softer mat so it doesn't feel the same as standing on the floor and this serves the purpose.This one didn't have any reviews, so I thought I would help out. I hope this helped.

Very comfortable. I work long, 10 to 12 hour days at my desk and being able to stand up during the day is an important way to keep me going. This mat is an important part of that! I'm not a light guy so it's important that the mat can maintain it's shape and form with as much as I use it. The ball that's included is also very sturdy and holds my weight well. My only complaint is that it would be much better if it was 6 to 12 inches wider.

Great Anti-Fatigue mat! It is soft, comfy and feels good to stand on. Plus, the acupressure ball provides a great massage to the soles of the feet.

Takes the pressure off your legs and feet if you have a sit-stand desk. Highly recommended!

Llevó ya 5 meses utilizandola y la calidad sigue igual. No se ha roto ni descarapelado. Con el home office la uso para trabajar por ratos parada y de verdad que ayuda a no cansarte. Quedé muy satisfecha con la calidad del producto

exactly as ordered - my feet/legs love the different positions you can get into to change how you stand. Great product
