Jamming. Sold as new unit but appears to be factory serviced.
It was stated as being a new unit. After having a couple sheets get wrapped around the rollers, I started looking through the enclosed paperwork. It says that this unit is a FACTORY SERVICED PRODUCT. I paid $600 for what I was led to believe was a NEW unit. I was not looking to buy a used laminator? I have contacted the seller and received no response.
