DOES THE JOB
It does the job for my personal Boar's hairbrush. I have 2 Pomeranians who uses UK Showdog Chris Christensen products. He recommends using sequentially 2 hairbrush followed by a heavy SS comb as well as a brush to remove the dead hair Well, I find that this cleaning rake works better for their brushes, One other customer says it si too small for the job I find it adequate even if small . I hate clutter, so I place it on my antique carved marble soap dish where I place the dog's morning medication as well as boxes for my earring aid, etc

Does the job to remove hair from brushes
It's smaller than I thought, although works well. Will need a bigger one for cleaning fleece from drum carder.

The answer to cleaning hairbrushes
I must admit that I had a similar hair rake many years ago, however after over ten years of use it became twisted and old. I have search for a new one for more years then I can. Every beauty salon I went to I asked the stylists how they clean their brushes. There were all kinds of solutions but they were not what I was looking for. I tried using a comb to clean my brushes but the comb teeth always broke. Finally I have the hair rake that I was looking for. It is easy to store and better then that it really gets the hair out. One the most important thing that I like is that I don't need to having it soak and then wait for it to dry before I brush my hair to go out. With the other cleaners I had to let it dry because I wanted to use it right away on my dry hair.

Great little brush
Brush was smaller than expected but did the job perfectly. I did not realize how much debris was in my beard brush. Now it feels softer and I have the piece if mind that I have a clean brush going through my beard.

This does the job, it hasn't fallen apart, but this thing is really, really small. I should have read the size description more carefully. Buyer beware.
