Very happy with this machine
I've been using ionic foot cleansing for years but never owned my own machine. I recently had a serious situation with appendicitis and was hospitalized for 9 days. They had to slam my body with a lot of antibiotics to get all the toxins from my appendix rupturing. I don't ever take antibiotics and try to eat really healthy, so I wanted to help my body rid itself from all of the recent toxins. I first bought this really cheap foot cleanse that only worked twice before the main controller broke. I did a lot of research and decided to go with Health and Med. I've been using it for approximately 6 weeks and am seeing some really positive results. When I first started using it the water looked like brown sludge and now it is starting to get clearer. Even the awful brown/black particles floating around would stick to my feet when I pulled them out of the water. Now that is no longer happening. I have recommended this product to friends. The first picture is after I used it for the first time. The 2nd picture is after six weeks using it twice a week. The water will never be clear but it looks significantly better.

This is a scam! FRAUD! Don’t waste your money.
The salt water and low voltage current across the metal coils is simply creating hyper-oxidation (see:RUST!) You’ll be throwing away over $400 to literally just soak your feet in rusty water.

This machine is great!
This machine is great! You can adjust your water if it’s too salty, in the back of the machine, so you can run your foot detox session, while cheaper machine don’t have adjustment and it’s shutting down all the time and you can’t run foot detox session. They shipped machine fast, one array was broken, I contacted the Healthandmed.com, they respond right away, and shipped replace for broken array. The DVD which was in the package don’t work on my computer, on DVD date 2014, the video files not running on my computer. So I figured out myself how to use this machine, it’s not hard. There one slot with the word array where to plug the array another slot with the word infrared, that where to plug the infrared belt. On the screen showing voltage which around 17 and amp. I understand if more salt then amps goes higher. If machine beeping sound too much salt and the water in that area like that salty then it need to turn down button in the back, that machine will run with too salty water. Arrays bigger size than I had chipper machine for $120. After session my water was wow, to dark. And I felt much better myself.

Unhappy with new model
I've been a loyal customer for 11 years. I had two of their older models. They could not repair my older dual-wave +/- model and sent back citing parts supply issues late 2021. I spent the $600 and bought the new model as you see but am unhappy with the results. It only flows 1 direction (meaning not the + and - iins), no multiple setting features for different ailments, no wrist band lessening effectiveness for me. It now only has 1 mode - a :30 minutes of "pulling" toxins for each session leaving me un-energetic unlike the previous machine which would also "push" ions back into me. I've had to search out a new brand that has those features. Anyone want to buy a 1 year model?
