Extremely solid and very cool!
I had a chance to get this on prime day and it arrived super fast. The product is very solid and reliable, you can tell is well made. It was very easy to setup, doing a bit of search online was able to find the proper setup videos through BenjiLock’s YouTube channel. Once set, it works like beauty, recognizes my fingerprint and the keys are great as a backup. The charge is simple and the design is super cool. For a new tech, not bad. This has replace my combo lock at the gym, at least when they open again.

Easy to use
Got this in one day. Charged it up and programmed it. Very simple to follow instructions. Benjilock even has videos for programming. I programmed 3 fingers and tested each one. Everything works as it should.

It works great for the right application
Setting it up took a bit of doing and watching a video is better than the directions. I gave it 4/5 stars because the application I use it for requires the lock to open quickly. Shifting my fingerprint around is a bit of a drag for what I want the lock for. Maybe, I should have managed my expectations with regards to how rapidly it would open. Other than that issue, it’s a great lock.

Neat lock
I enjoy using this lock. If you have patience to replicate the exact finger press that you trained it with, this lock is great. I end up fiddling with it for over 10 seconds each time I attempt to unlock it.

1 for 2
I bought two of these locks and loved them. Easy to setup and very convenient instead of having to carry around a key. One works fabulously, this one failed just past the 30 day window to return it. The battery would not take a charge, even after leaving it plugged in over 24 hours. When connected to the USB port it would work. When the USB cable was disconnected, it was completely dead. Thankfully, Amazon stepped up and refunded me the money even though it was outside of the 30 day window. Hopefully this was just a fluke because the other lock I purchased has held a charge for nearly two weeks and counting.

Tech for my locker
The fingerprint was easy to set especially with the video on YouTube. Great for my gym locker. It feels well made!

Not sure how to use???
I bought this lock for my daughter who is going to study in Europe and thought it would be a good idea to have. The first finger set was fairly easy to set, we never figured out how do set a second finger.

Fast and efficient
Good for most lockers. Locker for the pool you’ll have to wait a bit until your finger goes back to normal
