These doesn't work at all. I tried 8 times to get my machine to take it. It says that there is an error please reject it and restart your machine. Therefore nether product is usefull. And even more, I can't return it. What a waste of my hard erranded money

Organized all of my fitness data for me and kept me motivated to come back. Also provided information on balance and posture (as long as the Wii balance board measures well) that you can’t get in a typical aerobics or yoga video. Made even better with the pedometer (it’s way more than a pedometer).
