I am a believer in Dr. Gundry who believes that MCT is a product of the Ketosis generation process to help in fat burning. I am trying this product and have lost weight and fat. However, it should be known that I also go to the gym at least five days a week now.I have not experienced any ill affects from this product and take 3 capsules at least 3 times a day.
